We will accept returns within 30 days. Please send us a message first when you want to return the item. We will accept returns if: All tags and seals cannot be removed. Items must be unworn and all boxes and manuals must be sent. Items that were tempered with will not be accepted (scratches, breakage, evident wear, removed links, removed security tabs, missing tags or if explicitly stated in product description that the item is non-returnable. Returns must be send in cardboard packages and not in bubbled envelops. Return shipping must include a tracking number and must be send by UK customers with Royal Mail, DHL, DPD or UPS. We let our returns thorougly check before we make the refund. For international orders: As buyer you are responsible for importing the item. We do not refund shipping and handling charges if you refuse to pay the import duties and the item has to be returned.
