We always post within one working day of receipt of cleared payment (on the same day up to 2.00pm) by Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery, but if you need your item more quickly we can dispatch by Royal Mail 1st class or Next Day Special Delivery - just request a cost from us. DELIVERY & POSTAGE -
We despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment, Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class as standard for postage in the UK. A combined shipping discount will apply if you purchase more than one item. In this case please wait for a recalculated invoice before making payment.
Please note, as well as postage costs, p&p includes packaging, labels, tape, etc. We do not make a profit on p&p and only charge what it costs us.
Your item should arrive within 1-2 working days of despatch. If you are not in your delivery person should leave a card detailing where your item is. If you have not received your item within 7 days please contact your local collection depot to see if they have the item as a card may not have been left. Please also let us know so that we can follow this up. However, please be aware that Royal Mail will not accept a claim that an item has been lost in the post until 15 working days after despatch.
You can shop and pay for your items securely online via Paypal, which is a 100% secure method of payment. Your card details are never revealed to us.
We are sure you will be happy with your purchase. However, if this is not the case we offer refunds as follows:-
If you change your mind about an item you may return it. The item should be unused and in a resaleable condition. Please contact us within 7 days to let us know you will be returning it. We will refund the item cost and original postage. However, you will be responsible for paying the return postage costs.
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS - all items are checked prior to despatch and should reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us within 7 days to let us know. We will offer a refund, including all postage costs.
If you return an item please obtain proof of postage from Royal Mail (this is free). We cannot refund for items we do not receive without this proof.
