How would I take my measurements and submit the design specifications?
Taking your body measures is much easier than you may expect. Following our easy, step-by-step online guide, you can take the required measurements in less than 5 minutes. For further description and to see how it works,


I'm a bit hesitant to order custom clothes online, will they fit me?
Our tailors have been in the custom tailoring business for over 25 years. Each and every order submitted to us is reviewed for accuracy by our experts. If we feel there is any discrepancy in your measurements, which may happen with first time customers, we will contact you via e-mail to clarify it. However, please ensure that you take every possible care when measuring as your garments will be solely based on these measurements alone.

I don't have someone to measure me. Do you offer personalised fitting service?
As we are an online business only, therefore we can’t offer this service. However, you can ask your local tailor for help. Please ask us to email you a printable measurement form and take it to your tailor to be completed. It takes only 5 minutes to take the measurements and most tailors could help you at no extra cost.

Can I have a sample material swatch?
We regret that we don’t offer swatch cuttings. The sample books cost £10 each for just 5 colours. We get dozens of emails every week asking for swatches. This would mean that we have to purchase many extra rolls just to send out to our clients. This will obviously increase our production costs & ultimately affect the cost of our products for the individual clients.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards through PayPal.

Why do you charge 25% restocking Fee on refunds?
Unlike normal product returns, in which it can be sold to another customer, a returned customised outfit will be a complete write-off. Unless there is a tailoring error on our part we’ll charge 25% restocking fee to partially cover some of the cost of producing the outfit for you.

When and how can I expect my refund?
Once we receive your item, you can expect a refund within 7 business days. Credit will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase.

Do you ship worldwide?
We believe that no matter where you are located, you deserve to enjoy clothing which is designed exclusively for you. All the costumers of Everything Bespoke are offered our worldwide flat rate shipping - everywhere, anytime. Due to our extensive worldwide operation, including multi-service agreement with DHL®, SkyNet®, TNT®, etc, you can enjoy a low rate shipping fee.

I am a returning customer. Do I need to resend my measurements?
Each client’s individual pattern is retained on file, in strictest confidence, and style details and measurements are re-checked where possible, prior to another garment being ordered. If you haven't changed sizes, a new bespoke garment is only an email away.

I need my garments on a deadline - Do you offer any express service?
If you need your garments on a deadline you may ask for our express (3-4 week) service. This would move your order to the front of the production queue. Our standard rate for Priority Service is 25% premium of the total order but depending on the workload we may increase service charges. We will make every effort to ensure delivery by the deadline. However, if due to any unforeseen circumstances we are unable to meet the delivery deadline, we’ll make a full refund of this extra (25%) charge.

Do you offer combined shipping for multiple listings?
If you are a first time buyer and should you decide to purchase multiple listings, then in the interest of keeping quality control as stringent as possible, we will only send you the sample order first. Once you have given us your approval and are totally satisfied with the sample, only then we will complete the remainder of your order. However, we do offer shipping discount for repeat buyers who wish to place an order for multiple auctions.

I have ordered several garments, but have only received one. Where are my other garments? 
When you order more than 1 garment, we send out one first as a trial/fitting. When you receive your first suit/shirt, you should inform us of the fit so that we can make the appropriate modifications if necessary. Please use our online customer care form to inform us about the fitting.

Where is my order being tailored?
All orders are hand tailored in our selected workshops in Pakistan.
