Paypal Payments - All items will be sent fully trackable to address on Paypal payment only.
Paypal will not be accepted for any items for collection.
Cheque or Postal Order Payments - Please make cheques payable to L. Purnell. All items will be sent trackable but can be sent to any address nominated.
The majority of items will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or DHL, these will need signing for.
Courier delivery is for Mainland U.K. only, there is a surcharge for N. Ireland, Channel Islands, any Offshore Islands and some parts of the Highlands. So ParcelForce is usually the alternative option as it often works out cheaper.
All Courier deliveries are sent via DHL or Parcel Force, when signing for your item, your signature denotes that your item has arrived intact. If in doubt please do not sign until you have checked your item, as DHL or ParcelForce will not accept a claim once signed for.
Item not received - I will notify you when your item has been dispatched, if it has not been received in a reasonable time, please notify me, but also, check with your local sorting office as all items will need signing for. Refunds or replacements will only be sent once the Royal Mail standard 15 working day time limit has passed, (25 days for Europe or International) when they deem a parcel to be lost.
Please notify me within 7 days from the day after receipt. Item must be in unused condition, with original labels, packaging etc. and in saleable condition. Item must then be returned within 14 days.
Unwanted/Change of mind/Wrong Size - You will need to arrange and pay for return postage. The goods must be un-used and be received in a re-saleable condition including all accessories, packaging etc.
Once received and checked a full refund will be issued as paid.
Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened or used in these categories, pierced jewellery, cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, CD's, DVD's, tapes or other recorded media, software or videos if their seal is broken.
Faulty Items - If you believe the item to be faulty, please notify me within 7 days after day of receipt to arrange return. Once a fault is confirmed, either a replacement will be sent or your full payment will be refunded, including intial and return postage costs (up to the amount paid for initial delivery).
If you cannot return within the initial delivery price, please contact me to arrange collection.
If not found to be faulty, postage (and collection costs if this has been arranged) will be requested to return the item to you.
Refunds will ONLY be issued on receipt of the returned item.
To keep packaging costs down, when a listing states, 'Brand New in Box' the item will be in the original box. So your item gets to you safely, it will also be packaged in a recycled outer box.
