Payment is required within 5 days from your first purchase. An unpaid item reminder will be sent to all unpaid buyers a week from the first winning/purchase date.
All Bidders - Only PayPal payment is accepted.
- Check Out and Combined Shipping
We use an independent checkout system, use the ¡°Pay Now¡± button or the ¡°Checkout Now¡± button in the listing; you will be directed to our check-out system. Our weight-based shipping charge will be calculated automatically.
If you bid on multiple items, make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. Please finish all purchases within 5 days, and be aware there is a limit of 5 items combined on one invoice.
Please note all your items will be combined automatically when you check out, so you do not need to wait for the items to be combined or ask us to combine.
Please make sure the shipping address you provide in checkout is complete and up-to-date; this is to ensure that you will receive your purchase in time. We do not use eBay shipping address or paypal shipping address.
As always, if your item is not as advertised, please contact us for a quick and satisfactory resolution. As part of the Ever-Pretty mandate, to ensure that your shopping experience is a successful one, we now offer a Exchange and Return Program.
- If there is a problem or if the item is unsatisfactory, you must email us return@ever-pretty.com within 3 days (72 hours) from the reception of your item(s). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return. The Item(s) must be postmarked back to us within 7 days from when the item was received. We highly recommend that you insure your package; Ever-Pretty is not responsible if the returned items do not arrive to us.
- All items subject to returns will be given an exchange or return for Merchandise Credit. Refunds are not provided although special cases will be considered.
- Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors.
- All items that are returned MUST have the Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). If any packages do not have the RMA, the return transactions will not be successfully processed. NOTE: The RMA# will be given with the response email.
- If a negative feedback is posted before an attempt to resolve the problem, Ever-Pretty will reserve the right to accept the negative feedback as the final resolution to the matter and a return will no longer be accepted.
- Return shipping charges will be the buyer¡¯s responsibility and will not be reimbursed. If your return is the result of an Ever-Pretty error, a return shipping reimbursement will be included with the exchange up to the original item shipping amount.
Feedback will be left for you once the sale is finalized.
