Items returned because they are Unwanted
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you must return it to us in its original condition and packaging inc accessories & manuals, in an unopened and unused condition **no exceptions**. If the product has been used or returned without packaging we reserve the right to not issue a refund .A refund will be issued for the price you paid for the item less a 20% restocking charge (the original delivery and return delivery costs are payable by the customer)
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 working days of us receiving your return.
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs.
