Euro Car Parts are pleased to offer Click & Collect on a wide selection of our products. Simply purchase the item on eBay and pay using PayPal and then pick up at the selected local branch. Items with this service available will be marked on the listing.
For Home Delivery, we use UPS for the majority of our domestic parcel deliveries – with the exception of exhaust parts and radiators. UPS is a global company with one of the most recognized and admired brands in the world. They are the largest express carrier and package delivery company in the world so you’re in safe hands!

Most orders are with you within 1-3 working days.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday). We occasionally list products which are special order items and therefore dispatch time will be slightly longer, if this is the case then we will contact you to advise of expected delivery date.
An express delivery option is available for £3.99 on selected items. If your order is placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be sent the same day and delivered within 2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).
PLEASE NOTE:All deliveries are made by courier and will require a signature. The courier will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.
We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.
For orders cancelled after despatch you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.

Orders Delayed/Missing in Transit
We promise we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the time-frame specified. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.
All parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is lost or delayed, let us know and we'll act quickly to locate it, bearing in mind the points below. All claims for missing items must be made within 28 days of the date of your order.
So as valued customers we are now offering a paid £3.99 next working day delivery (Excludes weekends). To qualify for the next working day the cut off for an order is 2pm the day before. However we are still operating the free 1-3 working days delivery that our customers love.
We are very pleased to announce that the vast majority of orders will be delivered by either Royal Mail or UPS. Both of these couriers offer an excellent service and we are very pleased to have them on board. The courier chosen to deliver your parcel will depend on the size and weight of the goods you have purchased along with your location. As soon as your order has been dispatched we will email you with the details of the courier along with your tracking number.
What do I do if I have not received my delivery?
Please call us or send a message via eBay messages and we'll get back to you quickly with a response and tracking information.
How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
All of our listings have free delivery to UK mainland addresses (please see exclusion list for out of area zones) and use our standard 1-3 day delivery service. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends.
What happens if I'm not at home to accept delivery?
If you are not available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect the parcel, please follow the instructions on the card.
What happens if I never pick up my Click & Collect order?
After 1 week we will have to cancel the order and issue a refund. The store will call you once the item is ready so please communicate to the store that you wish to cancel and they can action the refund and cancellation their end
