after paying postage for one item , further items are sent FREE in same package , to gain this discount you MUST pay for all items on one invoice at same time. Ebay currently has a postage calculation bug so requesting invoice from seller prior to attempting to pay to insure you are not overcharged is advisable.

Shipping methods and insurance

items are shipped first class and are usually shipped same or next working day after your ebay item shipped email is received.

Lossed packages

If your package has not arrived after 7 working days from receieving item shipped email (U.K) or 14 working days (overseas) , please email and confirm your address and we will resend your items or where stock is depleted send a refund.

Returns

Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt of item , please include your ebay user name with any returns ,if you are returning item for a refund ebay will most likely send you a mutual agreement  to cancel transaction email , please click to say you agree with the cancellation as you are returning the item. A full refund will be given using method item was paid for . Refund will include buyers original postage charge except when part orders are returned only , in which case postage will not be refunded .Postage to return the item will be paid by the buyer .Please obtain proof of posting .In the case of faulty items please indicate whether you require a replacement or a refund. We do not accept exchanges , if you require a different product from that purchased please return original product for a refund and then buy required item. Accidental purchases

If you happen to purchase an item in error ,  please contact us by email and we will request ebay send you an email to cancel the transaction , once you have clicked to agree the cancellation you will no longer be expected to pay for the item.
