 RETURNS/CREDIT NOTES

We will give refunds in accordance with your legal rights, eg if goods are found to be defective as to quality, description or performance.

If you are returning an item for any reason other than if the item is faulty, eg if an item does not fit into your property, we will only refund you with a credit note for 50% of the value of the item if it is returned to us within 48 hours of receipt.

Please remember that you are not entitled to a refund if:

· You have simply changed your mind;

· You have damaged the goods after you have bought them; or

· You were aware of the defect before you bought the goods.

Please ensure that an adult is present at the address at the designated delivery time otherwise our drivers will not enter the property for safety reasons and you will incur a re-delivery charge!
