| Q:How can I buy the 'Double Butterflies'? |

| A:The double butterflies shown in the pictures are simply made by placing two single butterflies together.
So, to make 50 double butterflies you will need to buy 100 butterflies in total. |
| Q:I have received a despatch confirmation email but my order has not arrived. |

| A:UK customers - Items are posted via RM 1st Class. Most items arrive in 1-2 days, but please allow up to 2 weeks. Please only contact us if it has been over 7 days since despatch.
International Customers - Items are sent via RM Airmail. Please allow up to 4 weeks from despatch to delivery, although most items arrive in a week or two. |

| Q:I only need one or two butterfly place cards, can you help? |
|
| A:Recent changes to eBay mean that sellers can no longer list 'Buy-it-Now' items for less than 99p.
Therefore we are unable to sell butterfly place cards on eBay in quantities less than 10.
We would always suggest you buy a few extras when placing an order in case you have some unexpected extra guests, or you make a mistake when writing the cards. |
| Q:When was my order despatched? |

| A:We always email a despatch confirmation email when your order is posted.
Please check your emails (including your spam folder) at the email address you have registered with eBay.
If you have NOT received a despatch confirmation then we are probably awaiting information from you in order to complete your order. We will have emailed you accordingly |
| Q:Can I have names printed on my butterfly place cards? |

| A:Due to limitations in the print and die cutting process we are unable to register individual prints onto the butterfly place cards. |
| Q:I have not received my order. |
|
| A:The most common reason for orders not to have been received is that we are awaiting information from you. e.g. item colour, personalisation details or approval of a print proof.
If this is the case WE WILL HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT YOU - please check your emails (including your spam folder) at the email address you have registered with eBay. |
| Q:How do I buy larger quantites of an item I have seen on auction? |

| A:Most of our auction items are also available in our eBay shop as 'Buy-it-Now' items.
There will be several click-able links and pictures within the auction description which will take you to our identical 'Buy-it-Now' eBay shop listing where you can buy larger quantities. |
| Q:Discounts? |

| A:We do not offer further discounts off eBay buy-it-now prices as they are already highly discounted.
Some of our items have a flat rate P&P charge which in itself is effectively a quantity discount as larger orders on flat rate shipping items cost us much more to post than we actually charge. |
| Q:Can you make wine charm favours for other parties? |

| A:Yes - They can be made for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Civil Partnerships, Engagements or any other occasion!
We ALWAYS email a print proof so you can check you're happy with the design before your order is printed. |
| Q:I bought some printed favours from you a while ago, but now I need some more for extra guests - can you do that? |

| A:Yes. I always keep your approved artwork on file until after the event date - just in case you need any extras. Just buy what you need from my ebay shop listing and put a note on your payment to let me know it is an exact repeat of your previous order. |
| Q:Can I purchase a sample favour before placing a larger order? |

| A:Yes that's fine. You are welcome to buy just one of an item that is priced individually.
Many customers purchase just one wine charm favour as a sample before coming back to place a larger order. |
| Q:How many personalised wine charm favours do I get for the buy-it-now price? |

| A:The favours are priced per single printed favour so you can buy exactly as many as you need. |
| Q:How do I buy multiple items and combine P&P charges? |
|
| A:When you have bought an item you will see the following message 'Congratulations, you just bought this item.' There will be a 'Pay Now' button followed by a smaller 'continue shopping with this seller' link. You need to click to continue shopping to buy more items. **ONLY CLICK THE PAY NOW BUTTON ONCE YOU HAVE MADE ALL OF YOUR PURCHASES.** |
| Q:Can I get a free sample of a butterfly place cards to check the colour? |

| A:We can not post samples for free.
If you send us a stamped addressed envelope and specify which card colour sample you require we will gladly return it with a sample. |
