Payment

Please pay within 7 days, if you have any problems or this is not possible please let me know. I only accept payments via Paypal.

Postage

UK postage is a flat rate of £1 per order for 2nd class post or £1.25 for 1st class. I do my best to post all orders the same or next working day, although please understand there may be occasions where this is not possible.

If you have not received your items within 10 days (UK) or 15 days (International) please let me know and I will send replacement items to you, if this is not possible, or if you prefer, I will refund you in full.

Returns

I want all my customers to be completely happy. However if for any reason you would like to return an item I offer a no quibble return policy, I will send a full refund to you upon receipt of the returned item. Return postage costs are not refundable unless goods are being returned as faulty or due to damage.

I pride myself in being an honest & fair seller & will always sort out any problems as soon as I am aware of them. Please let me know if there are any problems at all with your order & I will resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Questions

I always respond to all questions as soon as I am able to. I may not be able to respond straight away but always do my best to respond within 24 hours Mon-Fri. Please allow me a little longer to reply on a Monday due to the high number of orders & questions received over the weekend.
Payment


* I only accept payments via Paypal.

* If you are making a multiple purchase ebay should calculate the total for all of your items when you checkout. Please do not pay for each item individually, continue purchasing until you have all the items you require & then checkout & pay for them all together in order to apply the postage discount.

* I don’t send an invoice unless requested in case you are still bidding. If you do require an invoice please let me know and I will send one to you specifying the total amount.

* If you have made a multiple purchase and have not received the correct postage discount, please let me know before paying & I will adjust the total. I am unable to refund any overpayments in postage.

* Please pay within 7 days, if this is not possible please let me know. If I have not been contacted I will assume the item is no longer required. The unpaid item process will begin automatically after 30 days.
