Payments Accepted

We accept payment by all major credit cards and debit cards through PayPal, a PayPal account is not always required for payments as you are able to make one off purchases through PayPal without saving your card details. If you don't wish to use PayPal for your payment please feel free to make your purchase over the phone as we use a secure payment service provided by SagePay. Please make your payment as soon as possible so we can process your order.

Shipping Information

The delivery periods we advise are taken from our vast warehouse distribution experience and our close working relationships with our delivery partners. Please take note of those delivery periods prior to purchasing any of our products. There are no country exclusions.

- UK orders are sent by either via Royal Mail or Courier. These orders usually arrive to the buyer within 7 days after the item has been paid for, but allow up to 14 day/s for the product/s to arrive as some problems may occur once we have passed the parcel on. If the customer has paid extra for faster postage then these time scales will obviously change.

- International orders are sent via DPD/FedEx and usually arrive within 28 days after the item has been paid for, please note that this is a maximum time scale as some parcels will arrive quicker depending on which country the parcel is going to.

Every order that leaves our warehouse is tracked so for your peace of mind you know where your parcel is, to get the tracking for your order go to the purchase history page on look at the relevant order, simply click on the tracking number and this will take you to the relevant page to track your parcel.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns on all unused items in their original packaging within a day 30 period after the purchase date. Any item that has been damaged or faulty please contact us about this issue before sending the item back on enquiries@equestrianperformance.co.uk or feel free to phone us on 01924 480294, our offices are open between 9AM until 5PM Monday to Friday.

It will be helpful if you attach any photos you can on to an email and please remember to give your full name and eBay user ID.

If the wrong item has been received please phone us as this is the most efficient way to resolve the problem, if you are wanting to contact us out of office hours please email us and we shall either email you back the following day or phone you as soon as we can.
