Please be aware that by purchasing goods from a "Buy it Now” or “Auction” you are entering into a legally binding contract with becclestoolhireltd. Please make sure that you are happy with all of the terms and conditions before placing your order.

We accept Paypal, Postal Orders, Cheques (only above £10.00) BACS and all major Credit and Debit cards Visa, Solo Switch, Mastercard etc. We do not accept American Express. If you would like to pay over the phone for your items with a card, simply call our customer services and they will be able to deal with you enquiry. We allow seven working days for cheques to clear before despatching the item.
All items are delivered to your Ebay registered address. if you wish your item to go to a different address please e-mail us or leave a message on the paypal payment.
We deliver all our items to the whole of the U.K and most items can also be delivered to European countries.
We do a combined postage discount on two or more items, simply order the items you require but do not pay straight away, let us combine the purchases together on to one invoice. We will then email you the combined invoice with the reduced postage cost; you then pay one flat delivery fee for multiple orders. We can only combine postage on items that have not yet been paid for.
If you purchase an item and wish to collect it from our Tool Shop in Beccles, Suffolk, please contact our Customer Services before coming in, as we can make sure we gather the item and invoice, so its ready to go when you come in. Beccles Tool Hire Ltd cannot be held responsible for any claims or losses for non-delivery or late delivery of any item. We only deliver items to the U.K and European Countries.
Currently we only ship items on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday with an 8am cut off time for items brought on any of those days to be sent out on those days.
U.K Royal Mail Postal Services:
If our Ebay listing states that your order is going to be posted via a Royal Mail U.K Postal Service, the cost does not include posting to Ireland, Channel Islands and any other European Country.
U.K Business Post Services:
If our listing states a U.K Business Post / Parcelforce or Courier delivery service this only includes England, Wales and some parts of Scotland, which is classed as Zones A and B, it will cost you the stated price on the listing.
The only exception being The Isle of Wight which will cost £12.99 due to extra ferry charge.
If you live in zone C with a postcode of: AB 31 to AB 38, AB 40 to AB 56, IV 1 to 28, IV 30 to 32, IV 36 & 40, IV 52 to 54, IV63, KW 1 to 14, PA 21 to PA 38, PH 4 to PH 41, PH 49, PH 50, Northern Ireland (BT), it will cost you £17.99 for a Business Post delivery service up to 20kg. If your parcel weighs more than 20kg, you will be require to pay an extra 75pence per Kg.
If you live in zone D and E with a postcode of: HS, V 41 to 49, IV 51, 55 & 56, KA 27 & 28, KW 15 to17, PA 20, PA 41 to 49, PA 60 to 78, PH 42 to 44, ZE, Isle of Man (IM), Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, it will cost you £19.99 for a for a Business Post delivery service up to 20kg. If your parcel weighs more than 20kg, you will be require to pay an extra 95pence per Kg.
If you are unsure about the approx. weight of the product you require, please email us the product number or call our tool shop on tel 01502 717788, and we will inform you of the exact postage cost.
European Postal Services:
If you would you like a quote for a European overseas delivery service, please email us the items required and the country of where you would like the items to be sent and then we will be able to give you a fixed postage cost.
Our system automatically leaves feedback once it has been left for us. Please do not email us asking for feedback. We wait for your feedback so that we know the item has been delivered and you are happy. If you are unhappy please let us know before leaving feedback as we will endeavour to assist you with your problem.
All our products are genuine, new and have a full manufacturers guarantee unless stated on the listing.
While we try and ensure that all prices are accurate, errors occasionally may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of continuing with your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
We reserve the right to adjust any price for the following reasons:
Increase of our supplier’s prices. Imposition of any taxes or duties. Omission or errors on the published price. Resulting from unauthorised editing of prices by any fraudulent activity. Any typographical errors. We reserve the right to make any price adjustments whether or not the order has been confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders published at the incorrect price.
Accuracy of Product Information:
It is our intent that all information provided on our ebay listings is as accurate and up to date as possible. All specifications, information and images have been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, and publications or from public domain sources. However, we cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within our ebay listings, and some imagery may differ from the actual product received.
If you change your mind after ordering an item from us, you have a right to cancel your order within seven working days and receive a full refund.
The seven working day period will begin on the day you receive the item.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the product is returned after the seven working day period, then a 20% re-stocking/administration fee will be applied to your refund, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or phone.
None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
In the very unlikely event of your item being faulty, just simply contact our customer services either by email or phone. Please have the item and invoice details when contacting us, this helps us to deal with your query a lot quicker.
The buyer can return the faulty item via a safe and secure service, or in some circumstances, we can arrange a collection of the item.
If payment is not received within 7 working days, the item may be re-listed and a Non-paying bidder alert will be filed against you and negative feedback may be left. Our system is automated and we start to send warning emails after just a few days. These emails will stop as soon as we have received payment.
All our Ebay listing prices include 20% VAT.
Items Lost In Post:
We have a procedure for items, which are lost with the Royal Mail. We ask that if a parcel has not turned up you let us know. It is of course no fault of our own and the responsibility lies with the Royal Mail. Sometimes when items can’t go through your letterbox a red card is not left. We ask that you check with your post office and local depot to see if your parcel has turned up with them. If 15 working days have elapsed we can officially mark the item as lost, until that point the parcel could arrive at your door as stated by Royal Mail themselves. We have to then claim for the lost item with the Royal Mail which will involve your co-operation by filling in Royal Mail's short form which in most cases they send to customers of ours. We will however despatch your items again after the 15 days have elapsed at our expense, but reserve the right to amend this at any time.
