Please ensure payment is with us within 7 days of purchase date. Payment reminders will be sent after 5 days and eBay non-payment reminder on the 8th day. We do follow the eBay non-payment process.
 

Returns:

If you have an issue please contact us via e-mail, we are here to help. We believe you will be pleased with our items. However items may be returned if in all original packaging and unused within 7 days of receipt, items will be checked on return. Exchanges are subject to items being available in our stock, bid price refund will be offered in the case of out of stock items. Buyer pays all postage costs. Before returning any items please e-mail us for a return note number and include this number with the item for us to be able to process the refund/exchange. Note we have to charge a 20% of bid price fee on returns. Thank You.
