Hello! We are Ray and Susan Dodd; in January 2003 we escaped to the country and started living our dream by creating the world of “Emily Rose”. We would like to welcome you to our world. We have stepped back in time at our shop in Stow on the Wold. We work in Victorian costume surrounded by over 130 old fashioned glass jars of sweets.
We make our own Fudge in the shop using fresh butter, milk, cream and sugars. We add various fruits, nuts, etc to produce a range of over 50 different flavours. Our fudge has a shelf life of six months and keeps well at room temperature. The quickest way to view what flavours of fudge are currently available is to click on "Emily Rose Home-made Fudge Page" (See left navigation bar).
We stock over one hundred different types of sweets; you can buy just a 100g (a little under 4oz) of a particular sweet if you wish (many on line shops require you to buy a minimum of 250g, about 8oz). You can see a full list of the loose sweets we stock by going to the navigation bar, finding "Shop Pages" and clicking on "Full list of Sweets and Chocolates". If you still cannot see the sweets you are looking for please contact us as we may be able to find them for you.

We have a new range of delicious Hand-made English Chocolates, these include Rose and Violet Creams, Marzipan Logs, Orange Creams, Coffee Creams, Lemon Souffles, Rum Truffles etc etc. These can be ordered in 250g, 500g or 1kg gift boxes.
