Description said machine was not tested. Photos showed a machine looking in pristine unused condition. However, on arrival, the machine was frozen and badly broken. I asked for a partial refund and to keep the broken machine. Seller refused, but did offer a full refund if I would return the machine with shipping at my expense. Shipping turned out to be expensive, so I opted not to do this. Still, it is not hard to turn the hand wheel on a sewing machine and include the info if it doesn’t turn.

I have a 30-day return policy and free shipping back (30 days returns. Seller pays for return shipping) I didn't refuse.
