We will NOT refund on auction listings.
On all purchases (except auction items), under Distance Selling Laws, a refund will be given on condition that the item is returned to us within 7 Days from the date of receipt, in EXACTLY the same condition as it left us so that it's fit for resale. It must be in the original packaging and with any tags intact. The SALES RECEIPT MUST BE ENCLOSED IN ORDER FOR US TO PROCESS THE REFUND
Postal costs will NOT be refunded EXCEPT on the rare occasion where an item is found to be faulty when postal costs will be refunded. If an identical alternative is refused then return postage will NOT be refunded
ALL items must be returned via 1st Class Royal Mail and you must obtain Proof of Postage.
Please DO NOT under any circumstances just send an item back without contacting us first – doing so will result in the item being returned to you and a charge levied for the return shipping costs.
