We want your shopping experience with us to be as straightforward as possible, and we do realise that buying by post can be difficult, especially when purchasing clothing and shoes.
Consequently, we try to be as helpful as we can in offering an exchange or return service, and would ask you to spend a moment reviewing this page to ensure that you are happy with our policy before purchasing.

If an item you purchase does not fit, in the case of jazz, ballet and tap shoes we will be able to provide an exchange as these are permanently available lines. However in the case of ballroom shoes, many of these are end of lines and you will need to choose another item from those listed in our ebay store, or email to see if we have by any chance had something returned which has not yet been put back up for sale, which we will then reserve for you. Please return the item to us, using packaging as appropriate (i.e. please put shoe boxes inside a protective outer, and don't tape anything to it or write on it - we need to put the item back into stock for resale as new). Postage costs for returning to us cannot be refunded.
You should include your name and address and ebay id as well as any return reference provided in the case of ballroom shoes, so the item you requested in exchange can be sent straight away. We would also request that any exchange postage or difference in price is enclosed as cash, wrapped securely in tissue and placed inside the package. We cannot accept cheques for less the £5 due to the fact that we are charged for EVERY item we bank, as we have a business bank account, which unlike personal accounts is NOT free to operate. Paypal charges also make it uneconomic for us to accept small amounts in this way.
GOODS NOT REQUIRED
Please return the item, protected, and wrapped securely and enclose your name and ebay id. Payments made originally by Paypal will be refunded in the same way. Payments made by cheque can be refunded either by cheque or Paypal (in which case we will need your paypal address as the payment was not originally made in this way). The cost of returning the item to us will be the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend for your own security in the case of non selivery by Royal Mail that as a minimum proof of posting should be obtained. Refunds for items not required will be less the original P&P charges.
We prefer to keep the prices of our goods low, and not inflate them to cover any potential return costs. Over 40% of our buyers return within a year to purchase again.
GENERAL RETURNS INFORMATION
* * All returns must be made within 21 days whether for exchange or because they are not required.
* * Items must be returned unmarked, unworn and with ALL packaging including size labels etc., intact. Damaged packaging must be paid for.
* * We recommend recorded delivery for your own protection, and would remind you that whilst most items are safe in the Postal system, proof of posting does NOT provide proof of delivery.

The address for returns is noted on the returns form which will be provided with ballet, tap and jazz shoes, and will be supplied on receipt of an email advising of an alternative in the case of ballroom shoes.
We are a bone fide business, and only open Monday to Friday. Additionally we are not permanently sat by the computer, so PLEASE allow time for a reply, particularly at the weekends.
