 Q: How to return faulty goods?
  A: Please send us a message for the return authorisation and post the goods back to us as advised. A replacement will be send back as soon as your packet is received. Costs of your postage will be also refunded as advised.
 Q: How to check whether Special Delivery is available
  A: You are welcome to phone 07450229623 to confirm the availability of this service. Receipts of all orders sent by this service will require a signature.
 Q: Do you offer Special Delivery service
  A: Next Day Special Delivery (excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays) is usually available on orders placed and paid before noon Monday to Friday. However, this is subject to our availability. When we are not available, all orders placed online, requiring this service, will be dispatched the next working day.
 Q: What do I do to contact you urgently?

 Q: Do you accept any other means of payment in addition to the listed ones?
  A: It is always worth to send me a message. Acting together we can find a mutually appropriate solution.
 Q: Do you combine your P&P fees
  A: I always offer combined P&P fees. It should be done automatically by eBay. Howeve, if in any doubt, please commit to buy all items you'd like and await my combined invoice with reduced P&P fees BEFORE making your payment.
 Q: What happens if an item I bought is faulty?
  A: In a very unlikely event that the item you have bought is faulty, it can be returned for an exchange within 7 days (14 days for overseas customers) of receipt obtaining proof of postage.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: I do combine P&P fees for multiple items purchases. Usually a discount is 50% or more for second and next items. Please commit to buy all items you'd like and await my combined invoice BEFORE you make your payment. If you are stll in doubt, please ask me a question before bidding.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: I always try to keep my Postage & Packaging fees minimal, adding on the top of Royal Mail charges only the price of packaging and costs of delivery to a local Post Office. P&P fees depend on weight and size of items. Usually fees for Standard 1st Class Delivery are £1.35 for items sent in Large Letters and £3.60 for items in sent in Small Parcels.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: I do usually ship internationally. I do it only with International Signed For™ Delivery. However, discounts on P&P for multiple items are significant. Please ask me a question if you are in doubt.
 Q: What means of payment do you accept?
  A: From UK customers I accept PayPal and postal orders. From overseas customers only PayPal Payments are acceptable. On request Nochex and Moneybookers options for payments could be considered. Write me a line if you have any doubts.
 Q: Can I cancel my purchase if I change my mind prior to making my payment?
  A: If you inform me regarding your decision ASAP we can mutually agree not to complete the deal. In this case you are not receiving a strike from eBay. Please always be willing to communicate.
 Q: What happens if I refuse to pay for an item and communicate to you?
  A: In order to receive credit on Final Value fees from eBay I will file Unpaid Item Process four days after the purchase is made. If you are non-responsive for another week, you will receive a strike from eBay. Please be aware that after a certain number of strikes you will be banned from buying on eBay. Please always br willing to communicate.
 Q: Some of your items bear 'Swarovski crystal' in their names. Are they produced by Swarovski?
  A: No, I do not resell Swarovski articles. In case you can see "Swarovski" in a name of the item, it means that it is designed and made by us from genuine Swarovski components, as per every item description, that we buy from oficial Swarovski distributors.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: We endeavour to ship all orders within 1 working day. Delivery times are outside of our control, however, from our experience, it takes from 1 to 14 working days for a packet to arrive with Standard Delivery unless Special Next Day Delivery is requested.
 Q: Can I return the goods if I changed my mind upon their receipt?
  A: All our buyers have a cooling off period in which they can withdraw from the contract for any reason. The cooling off period ends 14 working days after the day of receipt of the goods. Buyers have to meet all postage and packing charges on cancellation.
 Q: Do return rules apply to all items bought?
  A: We follow in our practice the UK Distance Selling Regulations that do not apply to eBay auction format listings on eBay.co.uk and to goods made to the customer's specification. Earrings and piercings are also excluded from returns due to hygienic reasons unless faulty.

  A: Please be advised that import duties, taxes and charges, if applicable, are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
