Returns and Refunds
In the event of a product being faulty when delivered simply contact our customer service department, details can be found on the contact us section, we will arrange for the faulty item to be collected and a replacement item to be dispatched. The returned item should include ALL accessories and any other item sent with the product. Should ANY accessory item supplied NOT be returned, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the replacement items.
In the event of a product being damaged when delivered please contact our customer service department, details can be found on the contact us section, as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement item to be dispatched and the damaged item collected. The damaged item must be packed in the original packaging where possible or in suitable packaging (such as bubble wrap) to ensure no further damage can occur to the item during transit.
If you wish to return the product as it is unwanted this can be done by sending the product back at your own expense, once the product has been received it will be checked buy the returns department to confirm the product is not damaged and a full refund will processed. If the product is found to be damaged a refund will be issued less the cost of repair. Alternatively we can arrange for the product to be collected at a cost of 15% of the price of the product, once the item has been collected it normally takes between 7 and 10 days for the refund to be process.
We advise that you should keep all packaging for a minimum seven days from receipt of your purchase. Should a fault develop during this period you will need the packaging for returning the item.
