Please note that we do not accept eCheque payments via Paypal or any other source.
We post all items First Class Recorded. We cannot exchange items for a different size, colour etc without first receiving the original item back.
We cover eligible buyers' postage costs to return the item to us, up to a maximum service of First Class Recorded. We will not refund or cover postage costs if the item is returned for any reason other than our error. If a customer incurs charges returning an item to us due to our error, they become eligible for a refund of these costs postage costs, up to First Class Recovded level. We will not cover unnecessary expenses on parts eligible for postal refund, such as next day delivery or increased insurance. If a customer choses to use these, they will recieve a refund of the postage cost at First Class Recorded level only. Please do not post items back by a very expensive, next day service and expect a full refund of these costs.
We require all items to be posted back to us before we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the item is lost in transit and does not reach us, we are unable to replace or refund. You must return the item!
