If wish to cancel your order for any reason you are more than welcome to do so by notifying us of your intent to cancel via the eBay messaging system within 7 days of receipt & returning the item to us within 14 days of receipt. In the event of a change of mind cancellation we request that the goods are returned at the customer's expense.
The above refers to a change of mind cancellation, if your order is faulty or misdescribed please let us know within a reasonable time, we are, of course, more than happy resolve any problems. Please contact us through ebay so that we can make suitable arrangements for it's return for an exchange or refund as preferred. We will of course cover the costs of the order being returned where faulty or misdescribed.

PayPal is our preferred method of payment for all transactions. UK customers only, if you wish to pay by cheque or postal order then please contact first. Please Note: Echeques through PayPal will take approx. 10 days to clear, no goods will be dispatched until the echeque has cleared. Please check with PayPal for their advised clearance date.
