			Welcome to Edge Fold where you can buy a wide range of top quality British Wool and Yarn, Patterns, Buttons and Strong Grey Mail/Parcel Bags. I keep prices and post and packaging charges as low as possible. Please add me to your list of favourite sellers and visit again very soon :)

Postage
In April 2013, I updated the postage costs in line with Royal Mail changes and increases. I have done the best I can, but if you think the amount on your order is too much, please email me before paying so that I can review and send an accurate invoice.

I aim to dispatch all orders within 24 - 48 hours of receiving payment. This may take a little longer at busier times. If you need your items urgently, please let me know when you place your order :o)

Over the next few weeks, I will be adding lots more oddments packs to the 'SALE-CLEARANCE' section of the shop. (Be quick, they sell very fast!)

I don't profit from p+p: Please note any p+p money left over once postage and packaging supplies have been paid for is donated to Charity at the end of each year.

Postage & Payment

If you are buying items from more than one listing, please confirm your purchases, then 'Request Total from Seller' and wait for me to send you an invoice with combined and reduced p+p. Please ensure payment is received within 7 days. I aim to post all orders within 24 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. This can take longer at busy times. Orders placed on a Friday will be posted on a Monday. Samples: I am happy to send a short length of any of my wools as a sample so that you can see the colour and texture before you decide. Just send me a SAE and let me know which yarns you would like a sample of. Elaine :o)

Returns

I want you to be pleased with your purchase(s) from Edge Fold. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, please email me :o) I describe all items honestly and as accurately and fully as possible; please read each description carefully before buying. Any returned items must be returned within 7 days, complete, unused and in original condition. Once the item arrives back here in its original condition, I will issue a refund. Please note that I am unable to refund any postage costs. If you are returning only part of an order, there will be a deduction of 10% of the cost to cover eBay fees incurred. (There are no returns on knitting/crochet patterns due to the ease of copying).
