Problem With Your Order?
In the unlikely event that upon receiving your fabric there is a problem then please do not hesitate to contact us before leaving feedback - we are very friendly people and can generally resolve any issues with minimal disruption to the customer. Some of the typical problems encountered with the online selling of fabric (and other colour dependant items such as wallpaper or clothing) can include; unsuitable colour match - item is too heavyweight/lightweight - colour discrepancy between photographs and actual item due to monitor settings. Although very few people experience these issues, these circumstances can easily be avoided by requesting a fabric sample from us before bidding - see our "Ordering Fabrics Samples" page for more information - or alternatively you are welcome to visit our workshop to preview the item, simply contact us for details. As we do offer free of charge fabric samples, we are unfortunately unable to accept the return of fabric due to colour variation / unsuccessful colour matching (we understand that circumstances do vary and we recommend contacting us to discuss any issues!).
Please take into consideration that we are honest and genuine sellers and we always try to describe our fabrics to the best of our abilities - if there is a problem with your order then do not hesitate to either message or call us to discuss the issue so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible! We are real people who are also disappointed if a problem occurs - we are keen to have happy customers! We will attempt to resolve any issue and will do so in a friendly and efficient manor.
Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns on occasions where there has been an error on our part (e.g. incorrect length or fault in fabric), and in circumstances where we have been contacted and have agreed to accept a return. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns based on colour variation as we offer a free of charge fabric sample service. If an item is purchased without first viewing a fabric sample it must be acceptable to the buyer before bidding that colour variation can occur. Please contact us before returning any purchases and we will be happy to either solve any problems or offer our assistance with the returns process. |
