POSTAGE INFORMATION FOR AUCTION LISTINGS:

Mainland UK Postage:
City Link is our regular Mainland U.K. Courier. We find City Link to be one of the most reliable, efficient and helpful courier companies we have dealt with and their great service is reflected in our feedback! City Link deliver between 7.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday so please read the sections below if you are likely to be unavailable to accept your delivery as a signature will be required.

When To Expect Your Parcel (Mainland UK):
Parcel's are normally dispatched the next working day after cleared payment - e.g. winning an auction on a Tuesday evening and paying immediately will result in the fabric being dispatched on Wednesday and arriving with you on Thursday. Depending on when payment is received, we can occasionally dispatch items the same working day as City Link tend to collect from us around mid afternoon (although we can not guarantee this). City Link do not collect from us or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. During busy periods deliveries may be slightly delayed, although this is uncommon. Severe weather may also affect delivery times (as with all postal & courier services).

If You Are Likely To Be Unavailable For Your Delivery (Mainland UK):
City Link deliver between 7.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and will attempt to deliver your parcel twice. If the parcel fails to be delivered after two attempts, it will be held in a depot for a short amount of time where the item can be collected or a third delivery attempt can be requested (via ourselves) at an additional cost of £6.00 to the customer. If the fabric is not collected or a third delivery attempt arranged, the parcel will be returned to ourselves and postage costs will unfortunately have to be repaid by the customer. To help avoid these circumstances, please provide a telephone number with your address details and inform us at the checkout if you are likely to be unavailable as we can easily arrange to have an item delivered on a specific day, have it left in a safe place or left with a neighbour for you! Multiple Item Postage Discounts (Mainland UK):
Although prices may vary depending on the weight of the items, a guide to our multiple item postage discount is;
Two Items : £12.99.....Three Items : £15.99
Four Items : £18.99.....Five Items : £21.99
Six Items : £23.99.....Seven Items : £25.99
Discount rates continue to apply to purchases containing over 7 items.

UK Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland:
We are more than happy to post to these locations, although unfortunately our main courier's standard postage rates do not cover these areas. Please do not hesitate to contact us and request a postage price from us (we will check all of our couriers prices to get the cheapest for you!). Please be aware that although you may not class your postcode as Higlands, City Link may and so if you are unsure please do not hesitate to ask us. We can also offer generous multiple item postage discounts to these areas via CityLink, please ask us for details.

International Postage:
We are more than happy to ship internationally, so please do not hesitate to request a postage quote from us! We often use Parcel2Go's competitively priced postage comparison website, as well as Transglobal Express for areas such as Australia and Russia. Please be aware that sending fabric internationally can be expensive due to the weight and size of the packages, so please request a quote from us before bidding to avoid disappointment.

POSTAGE INFORMATION FOR BUY IT NOW LISTINGS:

Mainland UK Postage:
Postage on all of our Buy It Now listings is free of charge within Mainland UK. Orders of up to and including 4 Meters will be sent folded in a package via MyHermes couriers which is a 3-5 day delivery service (next day delivery is available at an additional cost of £4.00 which can be selected at checkout). Purchases of 5 Meters and over will be sent on the roll and automatically upgraded free of charge to CityLink 24 hour delivery.

When To Expect Your Parcel (Mainland UK):
Purchases up to and including 4 Meters: Items will normally be booked in for collection (by MyHermes couriers) within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment - items are physically dispatched one working day after we have booked parcels in. Once dispatched, items arrive within 3-5 working days. MyHermes do not collect from us on weekends or bank holidays (in some areas they will deliver on Saturdays). Alternatively, if a faster or day specific delivery service is required, 24 hour delivery via CityLink couriers is available at a cost of £4.00 - this option can be selected by choosing 'Other 48 Hour Courier' at the checkout. Please contact us if you require a tracking number!
Purchases of 5 Meters and over: Items are normally dispatched (via CityLink) the next working day after receiving payment - e.g. purchasing an item on Tuesday evening and paying immediately will result in the fabric being dispatched on Wednesday and arriving with you on Thursday. Depending on when payment is received, we can occasionally dispatch items the same working day as our couriers tend to collect from us around mid afternoon (although we can not guarantee this). Unfortunately the free postage that is offered in our Buy It Now listings does not apply Internationally, however please do not hesitate to request a postage quote from us - we will find the most reliable and competitively priced courier we can for you!
