How much does postage and packaging cost?
We offer a next day delivery option at a charge of Â£9.99. This delivery option comes with a free upgrade to Pre 12pm delivery (address restrictions apply).
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We only dispatch to valid mainland UK addresses.

What happens to my order if I am not in when the courier attempts to deliver it?
If you are not in when our courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card which will provide you with a direct contact number for your local depot. You then simply call them to arrange an alternative delivery date or to collect the parcel directly from your local depot, which they will be more than happy to help you with.
How do I arrange a return?
To return an item to Ebuyer, you must obtain a unique Returns Authorisation Number from a member of our Return Support team on 0871 521 3300. Once you have received your unique number, your item(s) can be returned to Ebuyer.
