Please note that a lot of companies do not seal their cds and dvds, but they are bought new.Also many have to be opened to replace damaged cases or trays.So they are new, but sometimes have to be opened.Ebay description on new does not make this clear and cannot be altered.But I will always replace damaged cases and trays and use my own seals.
