Checkout:
Within 3 hours of the end of the auction, you will be notified via email that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the end of the auction.
Payment:
Our secure checkout system will give you a choice to pay with paypal, credit card, or money order. We do not accept personal or business checks. If sending a money order, please be sure to write your item number on the money order. Payment is required within 7 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be relisted, and an unpaid item strike will be filed.

Sales Tax:
Mayland residents pay 6% sales tax.
Any Customer Picking up at store loaction and not having item shipped must pay Maryland 6% sales tax.
Shipping:
We ship to the continental United States and Canada (Please call for freight quotes to Alaska).
You have 7 days from the end of the first auction to combine auctions and submit payment. We cannot combine shipping for items that have been paid for separately. We ship the next business day after payment is received. Delivery time is 2-4 business days to most destinations.

Return Policy:
If you have purchased a NEW Power Product, once you put gas in it or used it, it is considered a used item and we can not return that item.
We have an unconditional return policy on all unused, new items purchased. Returns must come with their original box. Once the item is received, we will refund the full purchase price minus the $10 restocking fee.
No shipping & handling fees, or insurance fees are refunded.
For exchanges, the restocking fee is waived, but all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. You must obtain a return # before sending your item back to us. Please email us and let us know you are planning to send an item back for return/exchange, and we will issue your return # and give you instructions on how to proceed. Returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of the receipt of the return #. Return #s are voided and items are ineligible for return after 30 days. |
