A: As an eBay Powerseller , we sell many products monthly. That means we run out of inventory and we have to order new products from the manufacturer. As we clear out the old inventory and order the new, the average expiration date from the lots average two years from the current date.

Q: Why do the tests say "for in vitro use only"?

A: The tests are intended to be used just like other pregnancy tests. " In vitro " is not a reference to in vitro
fertilization; rather it means for external use. All pregnancy tests you buy in the drugstore/supermarket are for " in vitro " use.

Q: What brand are these tests?

A: We sell generic FDA-Approved tests (that's why they are more affordable) that are over 99% accurate in clinical settings. Test sensitivity is higher (20 miu/ml/hCG) than most drugstore brands, allowing you to begin testing for pregnancy at 7-10 days past ovulation (earlier than most drugstore brands).

Q: I thought shipping was free, why have I been charged an extra $1.00?

A: Shipping is free if you win one auction with free shipping. If you order two auctions with free shipping, $1.00 is added for every auction won after the first one. Some items with heavier weight have a $2.00 shipping fee.

Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Yes, it is $1.00 (some items are $2.00) for every item ordered after the highest shipping charge. For example if you ordered:

Q: Do you offer overnight delivery?

A: We use a drop shipper and their fastest shipping option is USPS Priority which is 2-3 days. However, we can overnight via Fedex Express upon request.

Q: Do you deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses?

A: Yes we do.

International Shipping:

Q: How much is shipping to international countries besides Canada?

A: Shipping overseas is $29.95 via USPS Express Mail. We can only ship this way because it has tracking.

Q: It's been x weeks, why haven't I received my package yet?

A: Although we ship the same or next business day that payment was received, shipping times overseas can vary anywhere from 2-4+ weeks depending on how long it gets held up in customs.

Since these products are FDA regulated, it has to go through a much more strict processing in customs than normal products. Customs officials go through the process of opening the package and inspecting to make sure nothing illegal or dangerous is entering the country.
