Return Policy:

"Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy"

  • European Parts Specialists, Ltd., hereafter referred to as EPS, will not accept a C.O.D. return on any part, be it new, incorrect, defective, a core, or for any reason. The C.O.D. package will be refused, and returned to the sender, and all costs for this become the responsibility of the sender.


  • EPS guarantees you will be satisfied with any and all purchases from us. In accord with this we will accept returns on any part purchased form us with the following exceptions: electrical parts, literature, anything after 30 days of receipt by the customer, any part that has been used, installed, damaged, or not in it's original packaging and in re-sellable condition.


  • If an item is incorrect due to our error, we will refund the price of the item including shipping costs. If the part is incorrect due to a customer error, we will accept it back with a less shipping charges & eBay fees.


  • If an item is received damaged, a claim must be filed with the carrier right away. Damage from poor packing will be determined by the shipping company, however we go to extremes to insure the best packing possible. If the shipping company claims poor shipping, we must be notified and will negotiate with the shipping company.


  • It is our desire that any problem resulting from a customer's purchase from EPS be handled in an expeditious and friendly manner. We take out of the ordinary steps to insure the satisfaction of our customers. It is important, however, that a customer abide by the same code of ethics that EPS has.


  • We are old fashioned, and still believe that fair play and honesty are the best policies, and that they do still exist for the most part. Unfortunately, we only have control over our own actions.


  • Because of this, any and all customers purchasing from EPS agree, by that purchase, to be bound by, and accept the above company policies of EPS, as binding on their purchase. Final determination of the validity of any claim against EPS, becomes the sole right of EPS.


 

Payment Policy:

  • We appreciate payment being made within 3 days of closing of auction. We understand this may not always be possible due to circumstances. If payment can not be made within a week of the auction closing, please make an effort to notify us, so we know about the delay.


  • After 7 days of the auction closing we try and send a reminder and a second reminder after 10 days of the auction closing. If, after 14 days, we have not been notified of a delay, and payment has not been made, we will file a NPB, non-paying bidder report, with eBay. This is the only way we can recoup our losses.


  • Non Paying Bidders will be dealt with by eBay, and could result in restrictions of buying and selling on eBay.


  • Sometimes situations arise where an item is won at auction and for some reason, is no longer wanted and or needed. We understand this can happen. In this situation, please contact as soon as possible so we can work with you to remedy the situation so you do not become a NPB.


  • We are easy to deal with and want to see things work out, for both us the seller and you the buyer, so remember that communication is a key to success in these matters.


  • We accept PayPal, Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept personal checks with a 10-day hold of item shipping, for personal check clearance.


  • Money Orders and Cashier's Checks are accepted with no delay in shipping.


  • Please make all checks out to European Parts Specialists, Ltd.


  • We do NOT ship COD!

Don't be fooled by fancy words and sneaky tactics!

EPS is your honest Internet provider!

  • We do not try to sell Chinese made parts as OEM. We describe all of our products with their correct description!


  • OE means Original Equipment, from and packaged by the car manufacturer, Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, Honda, Nissan, Toyota or whomever it is.


  • OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer, a part made by a supplier to Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Volkswagen, Audi, etc., but in the manufacturer's packaging. An Original Equipment Manufacturer can also be a supplier who manufactures parts for the original car manufacturer, but may not necessarily make that particular part for that manufacturer. A good example of this is brake pads. Mercedes, for instance, uses several different brake pad manufacturing companies to supply them. Textar, Jurid and Pagid being among the leading companies. All pad sets made by Textar, Jurid or Pagid would be engineered and built to the same specifications as the sets they supply to Mercedes, even if a particular set was not made for Mercedes by them.


  • Aftermarket means simply that, made by an after market manufacturer! I will always prefix my aftermarket suppliers with their country of manufacture, be that Germany, Spain, Taiwan, China or wherever.
