Store Delivery Policy:
We use Royal Mail / Parcelforce for all deliveries at present, these all dispatched within 1 working day. The delivery times for Royal Mail 1st Class and 1st Class Signed for service are now stated to be 2-3 working days, Special Delivery is the only Guaranteed Next Day Service (if you wish to upgrade to this service please contact the store, there will be an additional charge of £5.50). Parcelforce 48 hour service is used for larger items. Royal Mail Airmail and Royal Mail International Signed-For depends on which country the item is being sent to, bulky items will be sent via Parcelforce Worldwide.
Store Returns Policy:
Clothing and Healthcare products can be returned if still in mint condition, in the clothing's case if it still has tags attached and unworn condition. If in Healthcare unused and still sealed if applicable. The item must be in a saleable condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
The return postage costs for the item, if it is an exchange or refund for no fault, i.e. you dont like it or sizing, then the buyer will not be refunded. If the item is faulty then the return postage will be paid on receipt of the item.
If the item is faulty please dont hesitate to email the seller asap to organise a returns or exchange. The issue will be looked into and taken into concideration all factors before a refund / exchange is issued.
