Question 1, Will I receive the colour of the envelopes advertised when I placed the order?

We will always endeavour to deliver the colour of envelope advertised in the listings and in 99% of the orders we despatch this will be the case. We do however reserve the right to despatch an alternative colour to ensure the delivery of your item within the time scale advertised. If an alternative colour is not acceptable please notify us via eBay questions at the time of placing your order.

Question 2, Will I receive the colour of the bubble wrap advertised when I placed the order?

Once again we will always endeavour to deliver the colour of bubble wrap advertised in our listing, we do however reserve the right to occasionally deliver Anti static (pink) or Bio Degradable (green) as an alternative to clear bubble wrap as a replacement. Please note that both the Anti static and the Bio Degradable is a more expensive product but you will never be charged any more than the listed price. You can also be rest assured that under no circumstances will we ever send out a replacement item which is cheaper than that of the listed item.

Question 3, what time will I need to place my order for a next day delivery

All orders whether next day delivery or standard delivery need to placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, orders placed after 3pm will not be dealt with until the following day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are despatched the following Monday.

Question 4, How long will it take for my items to be delivered?

The time it takes for order to be delivered varies on the items you have ordered and the area in which you live. Please refer to the delivery section via the tab at the top of the screen for more details.

Question 5, Do you offer personalised printing on the envelopes.

Yes not only do we offer bespoke printing on our envelopes enabling you to personalise the product with your own logo etc but you can also make design your own products to whatever size and shape you require.
