Warranty & Returns
The condition for all the products we sell are clearly stated in the description. Some are brand new factory sealed and come with a full manufacturer’s warranty and the rest are ex-demo or ex-display and come with limited warranties, please read the description for full details.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES
When your order arrives please keep all packaging, booklets and accessories and open it as carefully as possible in case there is a problem. Please test your item when it arrives and make sure there are no faults or problems. If it is a gift, to be given at a later date, we still recommend opening and testing it on receipt.
WARRANTY & FAULTS
If your item develops or is delivered with a fault please contact the manufacturer immediately. The manufacturer has trained personnel who can quickly diagnose the problem and will be able to remedy it over the phone or will repair the item if required.

RETURNS
You may return an unused item within 7 days for a refund or an alternative product.
-We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
-We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

We will then issue a Returns Number and instructions on returning the item.
The customer pays all return shipping and the original shipping cannot be refunded. We will also not refund the eBay fees paid on the original transaction at approx 5% (i.e. £300 item = £15 eBay fees)
The item must be repackaged exactly as you received it with all manuals, leads accessories etc. The item must be unused with no marks or damage and it must be able to be resold as new or received condition.
If these criteria are not met we will return the item to you.
If it is returned in A1 - new condition there will not be a problem with a refund.
PURCHASING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK
If you are purchasing an item and live outside the UK please check the local warranty situation with the manufacturer before purchase. Some items come with Worldwide Warranties, some with EU warranties and some UK warranties only. If the item is not covered under the manufacturers warranty we cannot be responsible for shipping costs involved in returning the item to us and sending back the repaired unit.
