Shipping Methods
For Larger items we use NightFreight who provide us with a next working day delivery service to England, Wales, South & Central Scotland, Northern Ireland & Isle of Wight (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) Deliveries to Scotland can take 2-3 Days & Islands of Scotland take 3-4 Days
Also when buying items of furniture please be aware that we can send out the next day if in stock if not this will take up to 5-10 days or if is going to take longer we will let you know.
Please ensure that there is someone available to sign for the item at the provided delivery address as NightFreight will only attempt delivery twice before returning to sender
We are happy to send items to an alternative address from your EBay address to ensure prompt delivery, please provide required delivery address at the time of payment

We use UKmail and Nightfreight for our deliveries on 24 &48 hour service you can also collect items from our shop we require you to let us know 24 hours in advance so we can arrange delivery to our shop.

Collection From Our Warehouse and Shop
You can collect your items Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9am & 5pm. Please call us beforehand on 01291-620871 to arrange as we need to get your order ready and advise you from which location you need to collect.
All orders must be collected within 14 days of purchase. If orders are not collected within this time frame then we will put them back into stock for resale. Orders already paid for will be refunded in full
