Return Right
- The consumer has the right to communicate a renunciation of a purchase, without payment of any fees or communication of any justification, within 15 days from the day of receiving of the goods.
- Products can be returned without additional return costs if they are returned undamaged, unused, in their original undamaged package, and with all the original contents. Refer to the chapter “Instructions for returns” on how to return ordered goods.
- Any shipping costs are at the expense of the consumer.
- The right of renunciation does not apply to products specifically customized to the specifications of the consumer. The right of renunciation does not apply to corporate consumers.
- The amount returned will be equivalent to the price paid without the shipping costs paid from us to send the goods.
- The amount will be returned only with Paypal.
Instructions for Returns
1) For exercise the return right you must send us an email to the following adress infoeluce@gmail.com , within 15 days from receiving of the goods.
In your enquiry, please write that you wish to return the goods and indicate the following informations:
- your full name;
- your Ebay ID Username;
- the Ebay object number;
- the products code and quantities you wish to return;
- the respective invoice number;
- your Paypal adress.
2) Use the original packaging and do care in preparing the box. Please accurately close the box with a personalized adhesive tape, if you don’t have it use normal tape and sign over it on all the sides of the box. After done it, please stick a label on te box with the following adress:
3) Ship the goods at your expenses and risk to the return address you have received. The goods must be ship with insurance of the total amount of the price. Otherwise you can ask us to send our courier, the shipping costs must be paid from the buyer, or will be deducted from the amount we have to return to you.
All goods must be shipped in an undamaged, unused state, in their original undamaged package, and with all the original contents.
When we receive your returned goods, we will scrutinize them to see if they match our conditions for returns.
If the returned goods comply with the conditions of our return policy, we will refund you with Paypal.
