Here at E.D.S. Motorsport, we pride ourselves on customer service second to none. As racers ourselves we understand the exacting needs of the motorsport competitor, and understand that speed is of the essence when ordering those essential parts.

Returns Policy.

 

Returns are to be notified in writing, which includes Email, within 7 days of reciept of goods. Goods should be returned within 14 days of reciept.

If you change your mind after purchasing, you may return the item for a refund. The responsibilty lies with the consumer to return the goods in a saleable condition. We would ask that you include all packaging in good condition wherever possible.

In the case that an item is being returned due to being faulty, the consumer is responsible for returning the item for inspection. Wherever possible a replacement will be sent, and the cost of returning the faulty item to us will be refunded. If no replacement is available you will be offered either an alternative item or a refund in full.

EXCEPTIONS

The following are not eligable for returns:

All items which are made to order (unless faulty), which include but are not restricted to, silicone hose kits which are made to order with regard to colour choice.

 

THE EBAY QUIRKS.

Due to the way ebay have set out their forms and software, returns are indicated on all "buy it now" listings. As expressed above in "Exceptions" this is not the case on some items. Please note, we are always happy to help, so if in doubt, or time of need, contact us and we will help wherever possible.
