Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We are unable to refund price adjustments due to manufacturer price changes after date of original sale. You can return this item within 28 working days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the item.

Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, live chat or telephone.

We will provide you with a RMA number which will allow us to process your return efficiently and effectively.

All returns are processed within 1-5 working days. Please ensure you also include your RMA number, user ID, Item number and reason for return otherwise your refund may possibly be delayed.

Please ensure the item is packed properly to avoid damage in transit.

Hardware (Phones/Tablets/Cameras/Laptops):

You can return this item within 14 working days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the item.

Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, live chat or telephone.

We will provide you with a RMA number which will allow us to process your return efficiently and effectively.

Note: Hardware returns should be shipped back via a safe and secure Signed For service to ensure that the item is returned back to us.

Payment

We accept PayPal and Credit/Debit Card payments. We cannot accept personal or business cheques.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the Paypal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours.

We do not share your personal information with any other companies and we do not store credit/debit card details.

Shipping

All items are in stock and are despatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day.

UK Customers - Royal Mail - normally 1 - 3 working days, but not quaranteed.

We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms that the item is lost. This will be 7 business days from date of despatch. Please contact our customer service team via ebay through chat, email or phone if your item is lost after the 7 business days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

International Customers - Royal Mail Airmail - normally 3 - 7 working days, but not guaranteed.

We will only send replacement items once Royal mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 business days from date of despatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay if your item is lost after the 14 business days. we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal mail, your local postal service or by International Customs inspections.

Shipping Addresses

Without exception we can only ship your purchase to the address you supplied through Paypal at the time you made payment to us.  This is a necessary security measure.

We reserve the right not to ship to an unconfirmed PayPal address for high value items.  You will be informed of this in good time if it becomes necessary.

P & P

Our costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling charges. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P.  Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.

Is this a brand new phone?

All the phones we sell are brand new, boxed and guaranteed with a Customer Care team to help in the event of a problem; unless it is stated in our listings that it is refurbished. The seal on the box is normally broken to apply the network settings, but this does not affect your guarantee.

What's included in the box?

Every phone comes with a battery, manual and mains charger - the manufacturers change the extra contents frequently.

I ordered a refurbished phone, what guarantees do I have?

All refurbished phones are entitled to a 14-day money back guarantee. Please get in contact with us through eBay, so we can help you quickly and resolve any issues.

Will you accept any offers or exchange for my old phone?

No, we set the prices as low as possible, and we don't accept exchanges.

When can I expect delivery of my item?

All items, except high value items are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing. (exc. Weekends & Bank Holidays).

For high value items such as mobile phones, iPods & game consoles we impose 5-7 days clearing period for payment verification (exc. Weekends & Bank Holidays). Due to a large number of fraudulent transactions (third party hacks into eBay & PayPal accounts) received by our company in the past we implemented this policy as a safety net to catch any such fraudulent transaction. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but safety and security is our first priority.

Please check the listings for specifics. We dispatch by Royal Mail Delivery Service; UK customers in most instances can expect delivery in 1-3 business working days but Royal Mail does not guarantee this. Non UK customers can expect delivery in 3-7 business working days, but again not guaranteed.

I received faulty or wrong item, what shall I do?

We apologise in advance if this happens. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48-hour turnaround Monday to Friday. Please note that the buyer pays the cost of return postage in any instance, and you are responsible for ensuring we receive the item back prior to a refund or exchange.

I would like a refund, how do I go about this?

A full refund on the purchase price of the item will be provided if the item is returned within 7 working days of receipt, and in its original condition. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, and we will provide you with the information you require to return the item. All returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt.

Why is the cost of P&P more than the cost of a stamp?

The Recorded Delivery & International Signed for Tracking Numbers are not working?

Items that are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail International Signed For service are only traceable upon delivery. Upon issuing of a Tracking number to you; your item is in the hands of the postal service. These are the terms and conditions of these services. Ecell has no control over this. Please allow 18 days prior to making any contact with us regarding non-receipt. Note – Please also check the postal address you supplied on the PayPal transaction receipt.
