Prices
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We are unable to refund price adjustments due to manufacturer price changes after date of original sale. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. We also do not charge extra for payments made via PayPal or Credit/Debit card.
Cancellation / Returns
You may cancel the transaction and return any item within 7 working days of receipt. For customers within the UK we offer FREEPOST, however for international customers, you will be responsible for the return postage of the item.
Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently as we will have to issue you with an RMA number. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48-hour turn around Monday to Friday.
All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund may be delayed.

Payment
We accept PayPal and Credit/Debit Card payments. We cannot accept personal or business cheques.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the Paypal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours. |

Shipping
All items are in stock and are dispatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.

UK Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class & 1st Class Recorded. – normally 1- 2 working days, but not guaranteed.
Europe & Ireland – Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for – normally 2 – 5 working days, but not guaranteed.
USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for – normally 3 – 10 working days, but not guaranteed.
We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days from date of dispatch. For items sent recorded delivery this will be 18 days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections. Thanks for your understanding.
Shipping Addresses
Without exception we can only ship your purchase to the address you supplied through Paypal at the time you made payment to us. This is a necessary security measure.
We reserve the right not to ship to an unconfirmed PayPal address for high value items. You will be informed of this in good time if it becomes necessary.
P & P
Our costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling charges. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.

Is this a brand new phone?
All the phones we sell are brand new, boxed and guaranteed with a Customer Care team to help in the event of a problem; unless it is stated in our listings that it is refurbished. The seal on the box is normally broken to apply the network settings, but this does not affect your guarantee.
What's included in the box?
Every phone comes with a battery, manual and mains charger - the manufacturers change the extra contents frequently.
I ordered a refurbished phone, what guarantees do I have?
All refurbished phones are entitled to a 14-day money back guarantee. Please get in contact with us through eBay, so we can help you quickly and resolve any issues.
Will you accept any offers or exchange for my old phone?
No, we set the prices as low as possible, and we don't accept exchanges.
When can I expect delivery of my item?
All items, except high value items are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing. (Excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays).
For high value items such as mobile phones, iPods & game consoles we impose a 5-7 day clearing period for payment verification (Excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays). Due to a large number of fraudulent transactions (third-party hacks into eBay & PayPal accounts) received by our company in the past we implemented this policy as a safety net to catch any such fraudulent transactions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but safety and security is our first priority.
Please check the listings for specifics. We dispatch by Royal Mail First Class Service; UK customers in most instances can expect delivery in 1 to 2 working days, but Royal Mail does not guarantee this. Non-UK customers can expect delivery within 2 to 10 working days, but again this is not guaranteed.
I received faulty or wrong item, what shall I do?
We apologise in advance if this happens. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. I would like a refund, how do I go about this?
A full refund on the purchase price of the item will be provided if the item is returned within 7 working days of receipt, and in its original condition. The Recorded Delivery & International Signed for Tracking Numbers are not working?
Items that are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail International Signed For service are only traceable upon delivery. Upon issuing of a Tracking number to you; your item is in the hands of the postal service. These are the terms and conditions of these services. Ecell has no control over this. Please allow 18 days prior to making any contact with us regarding non-receipt. Note – Please also check the postal address you supplied on the PayPal transaction receipt.
