Limited Warranty
|
Dyno-Flo
guarantees that the parts you receive are brand new, and not used or
defective. All manufacturer warranties are intact and passed on to the
customer.
Dyno-Flo's limited warranty covers defects in product and workmanship,
to the point that the parts are installed or run. Once parts are
altered or installed all warranties are void. Any item(s) claimed
defective will be inspected by Dyno-Flo and/or the original
manufacturer to determine if the part(s) are defective. No warranty is
offered, written, or implied on clearance items.
We stand behind our work here at Dyno-Flo. Please
inspect your parts, from individually ordered pistons to complete
engines prior to altering or installing them. If you find something
defective or incorrect, please give us a call so we can correct the
problem.

Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling costs paid
by the customer.
Dyno-Flo ships worldwide, whether parts or a complete engine.
Standard flat-rate shipping (if listed in auction) applies to the lower
48 states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and International will require a
custom shipping quote.
Customer is responsible for supplying the correct shipping address.
Parts shipments to the lower 48 states handled by FedEx.
Shortblock and engine shipments to the lower 48 states handled by R+L
Carriers.
International parts shipments under 45lbs will be sent by USPS. All
others will require custom carrier quote.
Shipping insurance is mandatory and included.
Shipping is non-refundable for any reason.

Return Policy
|
Items must be returned/exchanged
within 7 days of receipt. Items must include original packaging as well
as any manufacturer paperwork. Items must be clean and still in "new"
condition. Items will be inspected by a member of Dyno-Flo's staff.
Customer must have receipt.
Orders cancelled before shipping are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Once order is shipped order cancellation is impossible and item will
become a return.
Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items can be
returned for store credit only.
Once installed/ran, no item or engine may be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges, within reason, subject to 10% restocking fee. Balance will
be applied to item being exchanged for. Difference to be paid by
customer.
Exceptions on restocking fees limited to defective products or
workmanship.
Customer is responsible for shipment and all shipping fees of
returns/exchanges.
All cancellations, returns, and exchanges must be approved by a member
of Dyno-Flo's staff.
No returns/exchanges on clearance items.
Please be confident that you want to purchase an engine, as we are
confident that we can build you one. Cancellations cost us and our
customers time and money.
