We’re committed to producing the finest duvets and pillows, at the lowest prices available in the UK. After working for duvet companies for years, we decided it was time to come out of the airing closet, make our own, and sell direct to you.

You could be forgiven for thinking we are mad to spend all this time preoccupied with bedding (or, at the very least, obsessed). We prefer the word passionate. It took us years to learn what we want from a duvet – and, more importantly, what you want. The Duvet & Pillow Warehouse was born.

Creating the ultimate duvet

Companies selling duvets don’t usually produce their own. We broke the mould. We visited factories around the world until finally we found one that could produce duvets and pillows to our exacting specification. Because we keep our overheads low, we can maintain the low prices and pass the savings on to you.

What makes the perfect duvet? We’re so glad you asked.

There are dozens of different types of duvet filling. Research shows that Hungarian White Goose down produces the finest duvet, followed closely by New White Goose down and Goose feather. We also know from personal experience that duvets which clump and shuffle in the night are of no use to anyone. Our box-style construction means our duvets are stitched in squares to stop the filling from moving around. Seriously, we lie awake at night worrying about this stuff.

We also know every body is different. Some of us get chilly feet at night, and some of us hate to be constricted. Our broad range includes something for everyone.

Check-Out Later: If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay shop. You have 7 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout!

Delivery

We currently ship to the UK Mainland only, and use Parcelforce 48.

Delivery is FREE, so feel free to order as many products as you like! Unfortunately we are currently not able to send outside the UK Mainland.

We know what a difference a speedy delivery makes and have a range of delivery options for you based on the address to which the order is being delivered. We use Parcelforce for all our deliveries, and you can find out more about them here.

No Hassle Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your product from Duvet & Pillow Warehouse. Occasionally, we know you will want to return items.

We have a hassle-free returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to use provided it is returned unused, in the original wrapping/packaging, and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of the date you received the item.

On satisfactory return of the goods, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any postage or packaging charges.

For all returns we recommend you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain proof of postage.
