Payment Methods

We accept Paypal, Personal Cheque and Postal Orders. We can also accept all major credit/debit card payments over the phone. If you wish to ring us, please email for our phone number.

Delivery Policy

We aim to post all our parcels within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment.

For domestic deliveries, we mainly use Royal Mail/Parcelforce, and occasionally other couriers. Most of our UK/IRELAND items arrive in 3-4 days of posting.

International deliveries usually take 1-2 weeks, but our postal service say it can take up to 31 days. Delivery time varies for international packages depending on destination. We cannot be held responsible for items being delayed to international destinations due to factors outside our control such as customs etc.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

We will refund purchase price on items with no questions asked under the following conditions:

1. Items are returned within 14 days of receipt.

2. Items are received by us unused, undamaged and in all original packaging. We suggest you use fully insured and trackable shipping methods when returning items.

3. We will only refund the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
