If you ask a question through the "ask the seller a question" link and would like a reply, please DO NOT HIDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. Due to all of the spoof emails going around, your question will not be answered if you hide your email address. If you have AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, NetZero or other free email accounts, please check your spam folder if our emails are not getting through to you.
PAYMENT
The only method of payment currently available for items purchased on ebay is Paypal. We do not accept money orders, bank checks, personal checks or credit cards over the phone for payment.
Winning bidder agrees to make payment within 7 days. You will receive an invoice within 24 hours of auction closing. For fastest service, simply make payment through Paypal as soon as the auction ends.
If payment is not received within 7 days and prior payment arrangements have not been made, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed and the item will be relisted.
SHIPPING
Domestic shipment is generally via USPS, but larger items may be shipped via UPS/Fedex . There may be an additional charge for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
International shipment is via the US Postal Service and is available to most countries for most items (please email us to inquire about international shipping). There will be an additional charge for International shipments.
Items will be combined for shipment on multiple purchases whenever practical/possible. Insurance is not included in shipping cost, but is available at the time of checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
SORRY, BUT SINCE WE DO NOT OPERATE OUT OF A COMMERCIAL STOREFRONT, LOCAL PICKUP OF PARTS IS NOT AVAILABLE.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
All items shown for sale are in stock and will ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment (not including weekends/holidays). However, please be advised that international shipments and larger items such as frames and engines may take up to 72 hours to ship.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of auctions and the associated costs involved, all of are auction items are sold “as-is”, with no warranty either expressed or implied. We do NOT accept returns for eBay auction items unless the incorrect item was shipped. In those rare instances where we do make a mistake we gladly exchange your item for the correct item or refund your purchase price depending on item availability. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items that are returned to us marked as "delivery refused" or "undeliverable as addressed" will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
