Items must be returned to us in protective secure packaging and are posted at your own risk so use a recorded service if you prefer to.

The cost of posting an item back to us will only be refunded to you if the item was defective. Otherwise the cost of returning an item is covered by the you, the sender.

Likewise we cannot refund the cost of posting the item to you initially unless the item was defective.

Refunds are issued once goods are received back by us and have been inspected. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.

No refunds will be issued if items returned to us smell of smoke, have pet hair on or have any other damage as it makes them impossible to re-sell.

Items are posted as soon as cleared payment funds are received using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. We ensure to obtain receipts as proof of posting for every item we send. If you would prefer your item to be send via a recorded delivery service, please contact us before making payment.

We are happy to send items overseas using Royal Mail Airmail but please contact us to quote for additional postage costs prior to bidding or buying as these will obviously be different from those quoted for the UK. Remember items posted overseas will take longer to arrive.

If you prefer to pay extra for a faster trackable service either within the UK or overseas please let us know before making payment and we will send you an invoice with the relevant updated postal charges on it.
