Most items come with a 12 MONTH RTB WARRANTY (unless otherwise noted ) covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.

Satisfied or your money back Dorset Digitall allows you 14 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product within this time period at your own expense accompanied by your invoice.
The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.
We adhere to the Distance Selling regulations which are as follows. If an item is received damaged please contact us by email and advise the damage. We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be re-imbursed for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. Once we have inspected the item a replacement will be sent to you at no cost to yourself.
If you change your mind, or the product is not suitable then you can return the item for a refund within 14 days, however you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning the item to us in good condition. This option is not available for certain items where an item cannot be re-sold as new - please contact us prior to returning an item to confirm it is acceptable Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We answer all messages within 24hr (Monday to Friday).
We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return otherwise the refund will be delayed.
When you sending back item for replace, repair or Refund we will not be responsible if the goods does not reach us. Note: Keep safe proof of your posting in case your goods goes missing you should be able to make claim against it. Please check with currier company for claims. Any returned items that have any signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
