Dolls House Bargains – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are designed to help make your shopping experience with Dolls House Bargains a good one - so please take time to read them.
All our dolls house products are 1/12th scale (1inch = 1 foot) unless otherwise stated
We only accept payment by PayPal.
We have taken this decision because we feel that this protects both Dolls House Bargains, and you the buyer. It also speeds up the trading process – so you get your goods much quicker.
Same Day Despatch
Our aim is to dispatch your goods to you on the same day that we receive your order/payment. We will sent you an e-mail to confirm the shipment of your goods
We use Royal Mail For Posting
The postage for each item in our shop is clearly stated. However we will only take a MAXIMUM POSTAGE CHARGE OF £1.95 on all your "Buy it Now" items ordered on the same day from our shop. So, items 2 – 999 ordered from the Dolls House Bargains shop are posted to you totally FREE. We can’t be fairer than that.
Please note that these Postage Rates only apply to the UK and only to items sold through the shop. Auction items are treated differently and have seperate individual postage rates.
Remember that Postage & Packaging Charges include: packaging materials; labels & printing; administration; Royal Mail collection & postage charges; postal losses; and finally, time.
International (ex UK) Customers
Postage charges will be adjusted for all orders where goods are to be sent outside the UK.
If you are a buyer from outside the UK please contact us prior to bidding or making a shop purchase, so that we can inform you of the postage charge we will make. We will wait for your agreement to these charges before accepting and processing your bid / order.
If you have an urgent order we will be happy to quote for express delivery services.

Goods Not Arrived
You will be sent an e-mail to confirm the shipment of your goods
If your goods do not arrive within 7 working days from dispatch they may be at your local Royal Mail Sorting Office. Remember – the postman does not always leave a card (although they are supposed to). Please contact them before reporting your goods “missing”.
If you have still not received your order having waited for more than 7 business days after dispatch, and done the above, please email us with your name and details of your purchase. The first thing we will then ask you is that you have checked with your local Royal Mail Sorting Office. It will therefore save time if you do this before contacting us about non-delivery. Also if you fail to contact your local Sorting Office goods may be returned to us and in that case we reserve the right to charge an additional postage charge before we re-send the items to you.
Please note that delays do occur in the postal system. Once your goods leave us delivery is then out of our control and because of this we will not replace or refund lost items until 2 (two) weeks after dispatch. Please be patient with us if things do go astray or are delayed – they will normally turn up eventually. You can be sure that Dolls House Bargains has done everything in its power to ensure your goods are sent to you quickly – but we have to trust the Royal Mail to do the rest as personal door to door delivery is, I am afraid, beyond even us.

Dolls House Bargains will accept returns of any item(s) you are unhappy with. To obtain a full refund (except postage), simply return the goods to:

Goods should be returned at the customer's expense, in their original packaging, where possible, and in a condition fit for re-sale. This must be done within 14 days of the date of receipt of your goods.
Where costs are incurred by Dolls House Bargains in the collection of the goods, this amount will be deducted from any refund due. It is our policy to refund monies, to the Paypal account that you used to pay for the item(s) within 3 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We therefore suggest a form of recorded postage is used when returning items to Dolls' House Bargains.

Dolls House Bargains takes service very seriously. If you have any queries or problems relating to the levels of service or support you have received, please feel free to contact us. We would specifically ask you to do this before leaving any negative feedback. We are confident that given the opportunity and the time problems can be resolved to the satisfaction of everyone.
We support the eBay feedback system and once you confirm receipt of your goods and the transaction is complete we will leave feedback for you. We would also appreciate it if you do the same for us. However, if you are unhappy and intend to leave negative feedback then we would appreciate you contacting us first to allow us the time and a chance to put it right. In our experience – if given the opportunity and the time, problems can be resolved to the satisfaction of everyone.
