We ship USPS 6 days a week (UPS 5 days a week) Shipping discounts for multiple purchases. We do not ship to countries with a high loss records

Shipping & Handling

Shipping discounts for multiple purchases will be based on the total weight of the purchases at checkout and can be substantially lower then each individual items posted cost. Only items that show a shipping discount and at the spring hill, Fl location will qualify, some ship direct from manufacturers or are too large and do not combine.

TO GET DISCOUNT make all your purchases but do not pay until you have committed to all the items you want then PAYPAL will combine them all as A SINGLE TRANSACTION and the shipping will be calculated automatically to your country or zip code. Occasionally the eBay system does not combine correctly and we may have to refund or invoice for the difference. This amount will never be more then the amounts posted in the listing and is usually a refund we take care of when we ship.

We attempt to ship within a day of cleared payment:

paypal Echeck can take 3 or more days to clear especially for foreign transactions

Foreign country shipments and customs

Please understand that we are obligated by law to state the value of your shipment and will NOT mark the item value as a gift.

Because of this your country may attach a tax to your items depending on your countries rules and customs laws and the amount of your purchase. As a rule most countries do not tax a package under $15.00

We are not familiar with these laws or what if any additional cost this will incur.

If the package ships UPS international they also charge a brokerage fee to handle the cross border transaction. We ship most items USPS to at least avoid the UPS additional charge but some larger items can only ship UPS

Also of importance is the foreign shipping times are longer as a rule 3 weeks seems to be the average arrival time for first class international and 2 weeks for priority international mail even though most standard shipments are air mail regulation and security at the borders tends to slow these packages down.

If you provide a old invalid address or your package is returned as undelivered you will be responsible for the shipping cost to re-send the item

WHEN your purchase shows a return or exchang is available

we strive to satisfy our customers and we will do everything we can to make your shopping experience a positive one too! We know that sizing your pet long distance isn't always going to work out and are more then happy to exchange or refund your purchase for a correctly sized item when a return option is displayed for your purchase. Exchanges/ store credits or refund will incur any price difference for the new items if exchange and original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund or credit. (some items come from a distributor and will show a re-stock fee in their return info details). You should notify us within 14 days for a return authorization. A return authorization # must be given to you to be included with any returned items and they must still be in clean (HAIR FREE) & new condition, with all the original tags and packaging. The postage cost will be your responsibility If you are returning an item for exchange you must contact us for a return authorization number and additional instructions. And please if you do not hear from us call at 1-352-293-3882 because your email is most likely filtering out our response!


RETURN POLICY FOR Items that state no return in the listing or customized / personalized items 

 If we custom made or ordered an item using your measurements, custom fabrics or personalization these are not going to be returnable unless it is because of a flaw which will either be corrected or replaced with the identical data originally given us. So we ask that you pay particular attention to your measurements in this case so that this problem can be avoided. And recommend using a cloth tape measure that can be purchased a Wal-Mart or the like for under a dollar. But a piece of string and a ruler can serve just as well. If the item shows a NO return option in the listing it is because we are using a third party distributor that does not accept returns.

We have an eBay generated auto program that leaves positive feedback when Purchase is completed . If you have a problem with your purchases please contact us to correct it for you before deciding on feedback you will leave. Every effort to resolve an issue will be made. The biggest problem we seem to have is email reaching some of you and bad contact information. If you do not receive an answer it is only because it did not reach us or most likely your email system filtered it out as junk. Please contact us by phone (number found in about me page) if the email is not working for you we are going to do everything within reason to make sure you have a positive experience with us.
