    Car Seat Belts are another good option for securing your dogs

     They are available in a standard heavy duty nylon that attaches directly to the seat belt clasp in most vehicles viewed by the linked picture on the right. 

     There is also a premium fleece padded version made of the same grade material human belts are and connects to any seat belt system by sliding the loop through the seat belt before clicking it shut. This option is nice because it leaves the seat belt free for human use unlike the nylon version.

    All the types of seat belt harnesses conveniently allow for you to disconnect the attachment strap from the harness so that you can simply snap your dogs leash on for those trips out of the vehicle and to quickly reconnect upon return.
