We aim to dispatch all items within 1 working day, orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following working day.
First Class Mail - Most items sent using 1st Class mail should arrive within 2-3 days but occasionally things can go wrong and mail can be delayed. This service is not trackable and can take up to 15 working days to arrive, if Royal Mail fail to deliver within this time we can then re-send your item or refund your money. PLEASE NOTE - We cannot resend an item or refund your money until the 15 working days is up as Royal Mail don't class it as missing until the full time has passed. If you need your item fast always pick the courier option.
24 Hour Courier (Interlink) - Next day orders refer to the next working day from the date of dispatch and not from the date of order. If ordered after midday it may not be dispatched until the following working day. Please contact us if you wish to know when your item is being posted. Couriers require a signature on delivery, if you are not home when they try to deliver you will be left a card so you can collect the item or re-arrange the delivery. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & all other offshore islands are not nextday or part of the get it fast agreement, please contact us for a postage quote before ordering from these locations.
