All items are free shipped via registered Hong Kong AirMail (with tracking) by Hongkong Post. EMS/UPS services are available with extra fee applied. For fast and secure service, we highly recommend to ship via EMS.

Warranty and Return Policy

 

-             Most of our items are covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. However, certain specific products (spare parts, article of customization requiring soldering and/or opening of consoles etc) lose their guarantee from the moment they were installed.

-             If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less shipping cost within 30 days of your purchase.

-             All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with your eBay ID, reason for the return and the shipping tracking number (if any).

-             Refund will be done when we receive the return item.

-             Buyer pays the return shipping.

 

IMPORTANT: All products that were opened (seals are broken) will not be repaired and sent back to the customers. All products that were clearly damaged by the client will be repaired at his/her own cost.
