Although we tried to avoid it, our lawyers told us there was no way we could be in business without setting out the terms of this agreement. This agreement is a legal document which sets out your rights and obligations, and those of Divine Audio, in relation to the fantastic services offered by us through this site or any of the other Divine Audio Ltd. sites to which we link.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven (7) working days of receiving your order. This seven (7) day approval period starts the day after receiving your item.

Any items made to customers specifications (for example cables cut to length) are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty.

All items that are returned should be in acceptable condition and should include where possible the entire contents of the original packaging.

Divine Audio Ltd. is not entitled to pay for your shipping costs when returning an item to us unless the item is damaged or we have sent the wrong item to you. Please bear this in mind when returning an item.

Always retain your proof of posting. Divine Audio Ltd. will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned to the company.

We will refund your order + applicable shipping costs once we receive the item and it is in satisfactory condition. This refund may take up to 2 days to process.

Warranty returns -

We aim to ship all orders received before 3PM the same working day.

UK standard delivery takes approximately 2-3 days, but is not guaranteed.

UK orders over £100.00 (one hundred Great British Pounds) and international orders will receive a tracking number once despatched.

International delivery can take 3-7 working days when shipped through Royal Mail.

Orders over 2kg are usually shipped by courier.

Malta, Cyprus, Russia, Monaco and the Canary Islands. Parcels under 2kg can be accommodated with shipping prices as listed for the particular item. Heavier items are subject to increased postage cost - please email us for a quote prior to placing an order.

Ebay does not allow us to specifically price our postage to accommodate certain countries, we appreciate your understanding with regards to the above postage restrictions.

Divine Audio Ltd. does not make any profit on postage and shipping costs.

Divine Audio ships most of it's orders via Royal Mail, and as good as their service is, items can get lost in the post and we have no control over this.

Royal Mail have to wait 15 days before they declare a package lost, Divine Audio will send you a replacement if you do not receive your order after 15 working days for the UK, 28 working days for the EU, or 40 working days for the rest of the world.

If you haven't received your order in the time scales above after it has been dispatched, please contact us via eBay's messaging system so we can track or replace your order where necessary.
