• We make every effort to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, items purchase before 12 noon generally go out that day (Exc. weekends and bank holidays). If you need an item quickly, usually it’s not a problem, but call before you buy to check – additional costs may apply for guaranteed next day delivery
• Depending on what you buy, when you buy it and how much it weighs, items will be sent by Royal Mail 1^st / 2^nd class, Royal Mail Special Delivery (Insured), City-Link 24hr (Insured) or Parcelforce 48hr (Insured).
• All items over £5 will be sent via recorded delivery and a dispatch confirmation and tracking number will be provided - although every effort is made to ensure safe packaging and delivery of an item, we cannot be held responsible if a carrier should lose or damage an item.
